The staff are cooperative, the hotel is ideal and with absolutely perfect location not far from the big bazaar, mosque, restaurants and close to the major bus/dolmus and the old centre, the bazaar and the bus station and the shops. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with opening windows as well as lovely 360 views and care about everyone. Food options are appetising.

Clean, budget hotel, I appreciated beautiful rooms and kind staff. The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious options, and was fine. I was offered a room with good views to the city and uludag mountain.

The staff was amicable and the place was fairly clean. The room was stylish and neat, with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. I had an exceptional view of city from my window. That was what I call comfortable place for one night.

The restaurant here was good at the eight floor n the view, we both ordered delicious dishes. The view to the city and uludag mountain from the window was stunningly beautiful. The location was best possible, close to Gazi Orhan Cami Mosque.

This hotel was situated in the perfect spot for exploring the city. Everything was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around and find whatever you need. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Plus, the view from the top floor was breathtaking with beautiful scenery.

One aspect of this hotel left something to be desired. The walls were a bit thin, and noises from the nearby street could be heard throughout the night.

I found everything great, recommend it to others. Also, location was super, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Silk Bazaar. Btw, it was very close to a mosque and a museum.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food and I enjoyed the panoramic view from the terrace. the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was located within walking distance to many historical attractions and city museum.

Although the hotel was located in a central area, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to sleep at night. the elevator was out of service upon my arrival and I had to climb several flights of stairs to reach my room, which was a hassle with my luggage.
